The Role 🙋
We’re now looking for a Support Team Lead to join our Support team!
As the team lead of our support team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the team of four Customer Support Agents as we expand throughout Europe. Your main mission will be to lead the day-to-day operation and be the representative for the team, both internally and externally. Our support team is a tight knit group that gathers cheers from both colleagues and partners.

For this role, it’s important to have an analytical mindset to examine our tickets, identify the root causes, and relay those findings to the product team or other relevant departments. We also believe that it’s important to be both structured, organised and have the ability to form strong relationships with key players within Findity.

Your work will include, among other things✍️

• Overall responsibility of all processes owned by the support team

• Supporting our partners through operational duties

• Create and implement new processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs

• Manage the support team - coaching and development

• Escalation management

• Represent the support team when collaborating with the other department

In this role, you will be reporting to our CPTO.
