The role 🕵️
As our Sales Engineer, you'll be the go-to technical expert supporting our New Business team throughout the sales cycle. You’ll join forces with our sales reps to engage with prospective partners and guide them through technical evaluations, integration questions, and product capabilities. Your mission is to make complex things simple, build trust, and help turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:
Join meetings with prospects as the technical and product expert
Introduce our prospects to Findity’s APIs and how to best integrate with us
Scope the prospects current APIs, available provisioning data and more to make sure that our systems can be integrated in the best way possible.
Translate business needs into tailored technical solutions
Create and present solution proposals and system architecture
Answer questions related to integrations, APIs, SSO, and technical setups
Work cross-functionally with our product and engineering department
Run internal product training sessions for sales teams
Support with technical configuration and onboarding of new partners
Qualifications 📝
We believe you’re someone who brings a unique mix of curiosity, communication, and technical skills. To thrive in this role, you likely have:
3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer from another B2B SaaS company
Solid understanding of APIs and the ability to map out and explain technical flows and system architecture
Familiarity with ERP, Payroll, or Accounting systems and how they integrate
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Knowledge of JavaScript, databases, and accounting principles makes you stand out from the crowd
